Store Policy

SWS offers the following Shipping and Returns Policies:

SHIPPING METHOD

Orders that ship via Standard Ground typically arrive within 5-10 business days. SWS does not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with this shipping method. Please note: Third-party carriers or freight forwarding companies are not allowed for any order pick-ups.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Items such as wire, pipe, and other extra heavy or bulky items are considered oversized by our shipping carriers and a surcharge may apply. If an item does require a shipping surcharge, the amount is stated when the item is added to the shopping cart. Shipping surcharges are applied in addition to regular shipping fees.

If you place your order by 1:00 pm CST, SWS will strive to ship you the order the same day or no later than the next business day. On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day or the next business day, or it could take 3 to 4 business days following the receipt of your order if the item is out of stock.

All orders received after 1:00 PM CST Friday will either be shipped the same day or the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped no sooner than Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to cancel your order please email us at (garrettwilliams84@gmail.com). Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it by contacting Customer Service at (garrettwilliams84@gmail.com) and obtaining an RMA number.

At this time we are not accepting international orders.

RETURNS

We accept returns on BRAND NEW/UNUSED items in the original package only. Please return the items within 30 days of original purchase date, after 30 days no refund will be given. Shipping costs are non-refundable and there will be a 15% restocking fee.

To return your item(s), please re-pack in the original packaging. All returned products must be in new/unused condition to be eligible for a refund. You will need to obtain a return authorization number (RMA#) by contacting our Customer Service by email at (garrettwilliams84@gmail.com).   You can send your return to us via the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, for example) with the postage prepaid.

If you have lost or misplaced your invoice or packing slip, please include a note with your package that includes your name, address, order number (if you have it), the item you received, your RMA# and return information or exchange information. Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement). Please ensure that all items returned are in new condition.

We will make every effort to provide you with the support to help troubleshoot any problems you may have with products purchased at SWS. If you have selected the wrong product, or the product does not perform to your expectations, you may return it for a credit on your credit card, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee within 30 days. The customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.

If you received a defective item in your order, we want to fix the problem. All defective products may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a replacement. Sprinkler Warehouse Supply will only give a replacement for a defective item. Refunds are not given for defective items.

All products purchased from SWS carry full warranties as set forth by the manufacturer. Any product needing replacement under the manufacturer's warranty should be shipped to SWS for warranty replacement by the manufacturer. Warranty Returns must be sent prepaid (at the customer's expense) and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or other recognized delivery service with tracking information. NOTE: please remember, we are not liable for lost or untraceable return packages that you ship back to us.

Important: For all Warranty items the customer will be responsible for shipping charges associated with shipping the item(s) to SWS, and for all shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to the customer.
